How to add a custom welcome voice message.

Fallow this simple steps to do this. Its very simple.
In this method only you need to type some text on Notepad program

STEP-1:
First of all you need to open Notepad program. You can do this just by searching Notepad in the start menu search box also you can do this by pressing Windows+R key and type notepad in the search box and click on OK.

Open notepad

STEP-2:
After opening the Notepad you need to type some text in it.
Type the bellow text file in Notepad

dim speech
welcome="Hello Rahul. I'm your friend."
set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
speech.speak welcome

NOTE:- You can replace the text "Hello Rahul. I'm your friend." as you want to play on startup.

STEP-3: 
 Now save the Notepad text file as hello.vbs. You can choose any name but make sure extension file is in .vbs. You can test this file that it's working or not. Choose hello.vbs file and double click on it and the sound will start playing the file.

STEP-4:
Now press Windows+R key and type shell:startup in the search box and click OK.

 Now Windows Startup folder will be open, copy the hello.vbs file from where you save it and paste it in the startup folder.

STEP-5:
Now you are done, Restart your computer to play the welcome message.
