STEP-1:
After installing the WinHTTrack program launch it and click next on its welcome page.

STEP-2:
In the next step Type project name and category name (choose any name as you like) in the in the box and Click on Next.

STEP-3:
From the drop-down menu select download web site(s). Next click on add URL and type your favorite website address which you want to access offline and click on Next. To update the downloaded data select update the existing website.

STEP-4:
Uncheck the use proxy for ftp transfers check box. Click Ok and then click on finish.

From the HTTrack:
1.Click file.
2.Click browse sites.
3.Your web browser will open and displaying a list of all the downloaded websites.

From Windows Explorer:
1. Go to my computer and choose c drive or whichever drive you have saved the websites.
2. Open My Websites. 

3. Next open the folder of the offline website you want to browse.
4. Open the index file. Index file will be open in your default browser.
